With a 75km drive ahead of us we went west and found our selves in Orbost. We checked into the Snowy River Caravan Park, got a powered site so we could catch up on the washing which was getting a little out of control.
The park was great and it was in walking distance to town, so we dropped into the tourist info centre and picked up some pamphlets of things to see and do around the area.
Friday morning we packed lunch and took a couple of hours tripping around to the scenic drives that the lady at the centre had suggested. Beautiful part of the country. Finished the day with a couple or four beers at the pub and had had quite a few laughs with the locals.
