Took off from Tibooburra about 8.30am went out to Milparinka, pretty much a ghost town and we couldn't camp were wanted, so continued on to Bourke. The road had not changed and by 5pm we decided the little town of Wanaaring looked bloody good. Camped by the Paroo River for a donation to the RFDS. Both stuffed, we went to the Outback Hotel to pay our $10.00 donation, just across the road, bugger! We were hoping for a couple of coldies and a feed. Got that and more great pub, great company and a fantastic feed. Not too badly priced, about 9pm we wandered back to the van and fell into bed.
