Set our sites on Muttaburra, easy drive only 85kms, the town is also the home of the Muttaburrasaurus. Nice camp spot $15.00 a night for the usual needs. Small town, has two museums the old hospital and the shop for everything. The hospital was a time capsule, it is as it was when they closed it down. The shop was owned by a Greek family from 1913 to 1978 when it closed it doors due to the decline in the population. Both sites are cared for by a small but dedicated group of volunteers.
