After hitching up our wagon once again we took off to Blackall. Found a great camp right on the never ending Barcoo River. The camp is run by the council for $8.00 a night maximum stay 3. No power but water is available, with a flush toilet across the road. Not much around, but a great place to relax. Had some friendly neighbours with which we shared happy hours with. Sunday we caught up with the washing and checked out which pub we would have our 30th wedding anniversary tea at, the Barcoo Hotel got the job. Monday was anniversary day, we did as little as possible. Dropped down to the pub in the afternoon enjoyed beer, wine a wonderful meal with good company.
Happy Anniversary to us.
